The usual fast update to fix the usual bugs.

As this is basically just a bugfix for 0.9.116, i keep the comment section in the User Form the same .

This is a major release. It includes a lot of new features and refinements.

Main points are:

• A reworked main User Interface
• Multi step undo/redo for the whole library
• Library navigation with history (back/next)
• Stack navigation (back/next)
• Paper effects for the reader
• Favorites in library browser
• Support for the new Web Comic format
• Tight integration with wikipedia to easily find further information about comics/series/people
• Windows 7 recent files and spring list support
• Reworked sharing of eComics in the network
• Big jump in image quality if you're using ghostscript to read pdf files (especially eBooks with text)

Because of a stupid mistake I've specified a wrong seller email address for ComicRack donations.

This lead to donations not working for the last few weeks. As so little people are actually donating, it took me some time to find out that something was wrong.

In the past four years hundreds of hours have gone into developing ComicRack. If you use it regularly and it adds some benefit to your life, I simply ask to give a small amount back.

You can get there with the Main Menu->Documentation->Wiki or this link.

It is a DokuWiki aimed at allowing the community to fix the last shortcoming of ComicRack: the missing documentation. The Wiki has anonymous access, but will display your ip number in this case. But you can also login with your site account (if you're not logged in automatically). This will display your name with your submitted content and give you your personal talk page.

There may be still some quirks (I hope not). I will try to further integrate the wiki into the main site and also add direct links from within ComicRack to landing pages in the Wiki (when pressing F1).

If you have a large library and find using Smart Lists a little slow, here's a simple tip that will make them much faster.

Don't use All and instead directly select the field you're interested in (like Series). All will really check all data from an eComic if they match the criteria. New Smart Lists are created with the default criteria set to All, so you have to manually change it.

I will also add a DokuWiki to this site in the next days, for information and tips like this.

A good rule to follow would be to never post an update if you're not feeling so well and influenza has you in it's grip...

This is a quick fix for the bugs that crept into the new scripting implementation/upgrade. Thanks to the users who quickly reported the problem.

And by the way also thanks to the good souls who have decided to support this project.

This is again a major update for ComicRack. Just a short list to to whet your appetite:

• Again moved the realism of the eComic display one notch further (when using realistic mode)
• Custom backgrounds for eComics (ever wanted to read on a wooden table?)
• Easy install of scripts with the new built in package manager
• Upgrade to IronPython 2.6 for all the scripters out there
• Various bugfixes and performance improvements

Thanks to user angelophiliac, ComicRack now also speaks Turkish!
