I have been out of CR for awhile due to real life getting in the way. Coming back I've got the latest version with tons of new lovely features

But... I am trying to find what is the status of the varios comicinfo database projects, and I don't seem to be able to find my way by just reading the forum, so I am asking for a little help.

I have installed Chronowerk's script which works just fine, but I could not help but notice that CR offers the possibility of submitting changes in the data... where are these data sent to? Chronowerk's db, Cyo's one... as a matter of fact, is there any other source besides Chronowerk's?

Well, I would really appreciate some fool proof roadmap to the current situation of databases.

Not sure which changes to the data you are talking about.

If you are refering to the new orange gears that indicate there are changes pending, then those are submited to the CR database and to the ComicInfo.xml of the comic in question.

That would be Chronowerks.
It just uploads the proposed info to the Chronowerk webserver like you thought.

that's what I thought, but then it seemed funny that you have the option to upload the data built-in in CR, but you need a script to download it, right?

I don't believe the option is built in, if you are refering to the Propose Values dropdown button you showed in the picture that shows up on the comic info window.

That button will only be there if you have the Chronowerk script installed, if you don't, then it won't be there.

When i fill in NFo and click the button CR is closed in a wink of an eye?
Seems only to work via Library and one comic at the time.

I suppose the NFO that one sents is gathered before it's accessable? Didn't retrieve NFO that I put in yet..

Also is a ComicRack-Chronowork ISO standardisation used ?
I don't think it matters for the search function if you have several inputs for one item

Only in the droplists it could become rather messy and timeconsuming if some of your input comes from input via several third party's. In the long run..?

For me it usually works fine, but from time to time it does crash...

Yep that button is down to me, it basically puts your info for the issue in the server queue for approval into the system, not sure why it crashes, its not overly complex.
