Cy, I tried recreating the wiki entry. But its a very bad one, please edit as you deemed necessary (It's actually a single paragraph). But I think it won't get deleted if we put emphasis in it's unique comic management/database capability? Hmmm...

I think currently you only can add a software entry to wikipedia if it is
a) from a big corp
b) something everyone knows (even some dumb trigger-happy wiki admin that comes by)
c) you can add some "notability" references. In the case of ComicRack the most visible link ever outside the small comic scene was a lifehacker article.

And of course there is the small Portuguese wonder.
