Comic Vine scraper issue
I was just scraping some new comics, but anything I try to find is bringing up the dialog box stating it can't be found. It doesn't matter what I search for, anything new to my library isn't being found. However, re-scraping a comic will work fine (i.e. - a comic with missing CVDB tags are restored). I've tried very common searches too, that I know would work -- it's not as a result of an esoteric search which might not be in the DB.
Anyone else having any similar issues?

Re: missing tags when importin ...
Ah, Ali, thanks for the info. I wasn't clear that the error I get was because of the formatting in the Notes section -- I was concerned it was an unrelated script install issue. I could see the CVDB tag was in the comic file (I even tried removing the surrounding text with the date, etc.) but it made no difference.
Only once I followed the steps with a comic file that was correctly tagged could I see that the format changed from, for example:
Scraped metadata from ComicVine [CVDB105403] on 2010.10.12 16:10:09.
to:
||| TAGS: 'CVDB105403' |||
So the only problem I have now is my comic files that don't have tags, although the original tag info is in the Notes section. These files didn't have tags since this is actually the 2nd time they've been moved, so recovering the tags with the listed process wouldn't help, since the original tag is long gone. Fortunately, though, it's only about 20% of my collection affected. Just lots of re-scraping in my future I guess.

Re: missing tags when importin ...
Hi all,
I've been encountering a similar issue. I had to reinstall ComicRack (and OS, oh joy!) on a new HD, but my comics are on a separate HD so it was just a matter of rescanning. However, although the Comic Vine info is in the Notes, it isn't in the tags. I've tried using the 'Toolbox: Retrieve tags from notes' option after installing Arturo's toolbox, but I just get the "Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation" error. Other Toolbox options seem to work as designed, though.
Any insights would be vastly appreciated!
btw -- I love the program, especially on my EXOPC tablet.

The option [edit>preferences>reader setup>general>uncheck the "Double page separator"] is no longer visible.
Has it been moved, or removed intentionally? It's showing the shadow by default and I'd previously deselected the option in the previous version.
