I can confirm this. It happens the same way for me, search can find no title matching on anything I try. Don't worry, cbanack has an excellent support record, he'll work it out.

I have to say, I'm having a ball with the New 52. I'm an old timer (41 years old), and while many my age or so are very set in their ways and are dead set against a reboot, I actually have a different take. I feel like this is good thing every generation or so. Continuity can get pretty cluttered when you pile it on decade after decade. I've been reading X-Men since my teens, and even I can get lost. Plus, since I came back to comics after several years absence, I was a bit behind, and this has allowed me to read brand new DC without worrying too much about what I haven't read yet tripping me up too badly.

Action Comics #1 is a great example of why this is good. Morrison is taking Supes all the way back to his absolute roots, and it's going to be a big help in shedding his Boy Scout rep. If Superman starting acting like that out of the blue it would be awkward, but since it's part of the reboot everyone seems to be open about the changes.

So far, I've enjoyed everything I've read. with Action, Batwing & Swamp Thing the standouts.

Ahh, I would love to see this someday! When I'm cataloging or doing work on metadata, after a couple hours my eyes get tired of the white background. As an avid HTPCer, I'm quite fond of the white text & blackground look. Look at XBMC's Confluence Theme. I would love see something like that with ComicRack.

That's great! I had to cheat to move them, rename ½ to 1/2 or remove ¢ and what have you, so when you up the fix I'll let you know how it went.

@ Stonepaw - Thanks. I finally got a hard drive big enough to put my collection on one disk, and I've had no issues for a while with your script, so I got brave and let it at it. You should proud to know it performed very nearly flawlessly, no lost issues, no quirks of any kind except that the characters ½, ¢ and ∞, when in the number column, would cause the script to crash. The script only though, not CR itself, so no harm and no foul, just something to pass along to you for tweaking. I've got a pretty large collection, so that your script performed so well is quite the milestone (to me anyway) that you've written a very mature and trustworthy bit of code. Well done, Sir!!!

Hey 600, the script is not parsing the Minutemen tags correctly. Instead of the full names like Minutemen-DTermined, the tags are only coming up "scanner:Minutemen".

@600 - Hey Bud, are you still doing any work on this? I think this is a fantastic plugin. If only I'd had it 4 years ago! I too would like to be able to grab YZ1 and WildBlueZero from the file names. In fact, I was wondering if there is an easy way to add one word names to the .py file, I come across others here and there. Also, Snout Spout got me thinking, would there be a way to expand this to parse scanner pages for names? Thanks a ton in advance!

I have my comics in three drives. I don't have enough space for all my DC Comics on one, so I have a profile for the DC drive that omits all imprints and issues of Action Comics, Adventure Comics and Detective Comics. For the other drive that stores these, I am able to use a simple rule for the series, but I would need a rule group for the imprints.

I'm looking forward to this too! I've got the configuration exactly how I want it, and the only thing it's lacking is rule groups. Once I have this feature this will be an essential part of CR for me.
